I had lunch yesterday and was sick 2 hours after with food poisoning. My coworker had the same meal minus the mushrooms and did not get sick so I believe there was something wrong with these. He mentioned something about the appearance of the mushrooms but didn't seem to cause concern at that moment. I was wrong it was bad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
