I love lucky charms. However, for the first time ever last night, I had some and I have had horrible green watery diarrhea since. I feel absolutely terrible and I can’t seem to stop. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Green Stool

The food coloring inside of the marshmallows is linked to the green diarrhea. It's similar to eating black cake frosting and your poop comes out to be a tinge of blue or purple. The different-colored feces isn't something to be worried about as it passes with time.
