Former employee here, the general manager would get tips and heads ups on when an inspection would happen so they could clean the black mold that grows in the room with the ice machine. Also the ice machine itself has pink mold inside of it and only gets sanitized every 6 months. This restaurant is such a disaster zone I warn people I know not to go there.
