Pre-Sliced Apples Illness - Walmart, Topeka Kansas

I bought and ate pre-sliced apples in a clam shell/plastic container. After eating the apples with caramel dip I became very ill within hours it worsened and it is progressing still! I had severe diarrhea with vomiting, severe headache and stiff neck, body cramps and swollen lymph nodes all over my body. I'm super sick still and it's been 4 days. Have a lot of pain in my upper back too. Hope this goes away soon, I am soooo sick!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Swelling
