We bout a bunch of items from the deli for 4th of july. The following day I had diarrhea, nausea, vomiting headache fever for 48 hours. I beleive the culprit was cole slaw beacause I was the only one to eat it and the only one to get sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
