8 months ago reported by user-zxbv5737 business

Walmart Supercenter, Branson Hills Parkway, Branson, MO, USA

Chicken / Donuts
Purchased cooked chicken and baked donuts from Walmart Branson MO Parkway store at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 24. On the drive to a 2-hour destination, ate 3 donuts and about one-third of the chicken. Felt fine until the evening, then started experiencing some bloating and stomach tightening. Had a couple more donuts, drank water and some soda. No bowel movement until the next morning, and it wasn't very substantial.

Had a sausage tortilla from another establishment for breakfast. Around 10 a.m., and by about 2 p.m., experienced pretty bad stomach pain and indigestion. Tried eating crackers and drinking Pepsi. By 5 p.m., tried to vomit and have a bowel movement but wasn’t very successful. By 8 p.m., began having no problem expelling from both ends. This continued every hour for the next four hours. Drank as much water as could be handled temporarily. Eventually started to feel better. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Bloating, Indigestion
