Sara Lee pound cake, Ate a piece last night before bed and woke up to violently throw up at 6am. I was super sweaty and had diarrhea right after. Only ate a small amount and only threw up once but it was pretty terrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating
