I had a Marie calendar’s chicken pot pie and within 5 hours I was Incredibly dizzy and unable to stand up. I became violently ill and could not stop vomiting for over 48 hours. I was unable to keep down any food or drink. At one point I tried to take a Tylenol and the minute it hit my stomach I puked it back up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness
