Bistro Ready Pack Apple Blue Pecan salad. Purchased June 6, expiration on package June 14. Consumed June 9 approx 7 pm, Became nauseous minutes after eating. Became very weak and shaky and had to lay down. Severe vomiting began approximately 90 minutes later. Diarrhea began after 2 hours and lasted into the next day. Finally able to keep ginger ale and saltines down the next afternoon. Weakness and mild nausea continued through evening of June 10. Weakness continues into Sunday June 11. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Shaking
