I served the Tyson Chicken Nuggets to my kids for dinner last night and an hour later my 2 year old son, who had eaten all of his nuggets, was vomiting. His sister refused to eat dinner last night and did not have these symptoms. My son had been acting normally all day yesterday until eating the Tyson nuggets. He vomited a total of 3 times and now has diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
