Supreme Pizza Illness Strikes - Walmart, Vadnais Heights Minnesota

On November 27th, I picked up a supreme pizza and when I got home I cooked it and ate it with my wife. About 1.5 hours later, 10:30pm, I started vomiting, was nauseous and had diarrhea. I also had the chills pretty bad. This went on all night afterwards.

At 5am the next morning, November 28th, my wife experienced the same symptoms which confirmed my suspicion that is was indeed, food poisoning.

It is currently 11am and although the vomiting and diarrhea have subsided, I am still feeling the chills and am very weak. My wife has still been vomiting | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
