Ate one Pop Tart in the morning - swollen glands, feverish, stuffy head, nausea. Ate one in the evening, thinking the earlier symptoms were weather related - ended up feeling worse with nausea, fever, swollen glands. I read that there is a chemical in these things that can effect the immune system negatively. Not something I usually eat and will never eat one again!
