Premade salad, Have stitches in my mouth due to having 2 teeth removed so im kind of limited on what i can and cannot eat at the moment. Picked up a premade salad from the deli in my local here for dinner, few hours after eating it im throwing up along with diarrhea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
