Two days ago, I got 2 Apple & Walnut Salads with chicken “ Taylor Farms brand” I ate one before sleeping. I wake up with a bad headache and fever. I ate the second one, and the headache increased. I took medicine for a headache; as soon as I took it, I threw up so bad. I figured it was food poisoning because of the salad I ate. As soon as I threw up, the headache and fever went away, but I kept feeling fatigued for the rest of the day. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
