I bought cooked barbaque chicken nuggets from deli. On Wednesday october 23rd. I hate about 4 then noticed the taste was not right. That night I started throwing up along with direaha loosing blood in my stool. Alot of blood. The cramps were so unbearable had to go to gadsden regional in gadsden al. They did blood work and a CT scan. I got colitis infection food poisoning. I had to get a Iv with two antibiotics and fluids. Third day still sick. I'm on two antibiotics for 10 days. Walmart attalla Al. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Bloody Stool
