Pot Pie Illness Alert - Walmart, Bartlesville Oklahoma

My wife has been sick since this morning around 3am March 7th 2022.she ate a Marie Callender's Chicken pot pie with a best by date of July 2023. She had ice water with it and nothing else. She felt fine before eating it. Today she is still vomiting, has ran a 101f fever, chills, bad headache and stomach cramps as the symptoms. She has also had diarrhea since about 2pm today. I just wanted to make sure this got reported since I too got sick last week after eating one of the same chicken pot pies. We didn't know then that it was connected but now that we do I will also file a complaint for myself. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Chills
