Yesterday evening at 6pm I ate a ripe mango. I felt tired and nauseated, cramping after and all night. This morning cramps worsened, was nauseated and vomited. I feel awful! Bloated, cramping nauseated. ,
I ate a very ripe Mango. Please help me! I have 2 more mangos I will toss.
I ate a ripe mango at 6:30pm and started to feel bad-abdominal bloating, fullness… then all night Long the abdominal bloating, cramping got worse and I became nauseated and vomited at 7:30am.
