Went to Walmart in Harker Heights Texas to buy chicken mash potatoes and orange chicken from the deli side with my kids and we all got sick. Around 2 am in the morning my son and I was throwing up and have fever chills and about an hr later my daughters followed through as well. This is ridiculous Walmart should not sell any more food at all. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
