Within an hour of my husband eating a peice of the pizza he was sick and vomiting, after a couple of hours diarrhea was added to the vomiting. He is really sick now, but before he ate the pizza he was up playing games and joking around with our daughter. The only thing that causes food poisoning symptoms that fast is Staphylococcus. I don't know if it was just this one pizza that was contaminated or what, but this is awful. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
