Ate M&Ms from H‑E‑B and that night was woken up to stomach pains. Could taste the M&Ms on my throat/tongue, ended up coming out from both ends. Liquid Chocolate puke/poop. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
