Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, other: Dry heaves without vomiting
Suspected source: Not sure but I suspect it was the chicken pot pie I had for dinner Friday evening. The symptoms began to appear four or five hour afterward.
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: other: Two days so far
