Red grapes that I made sure to wash thoroughly and then dried and refrigerated. Four days later I ate them as they sat out on my kitchen island for several hours. By 10 PM that evening I had the most severe stomach cramps that I have ever experienced. That went on for about three hrs. Then came the severe projectile vomiting for several hours. Next came diarrhea for several more hours. And I also had a slight fever (99.5F). On Thursday I was so wiped out that I could barely function. So much severe pain. It was like something out of a horror film. I have not had food poisoning in about 20 yrs and this is the very worst that I have ever been hit with it in my life. I doubt that I will ever eat grapes again! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Cramps
