Woke up this morning and I had to p**p every 5 seconds and every time I had to p**p I had to vomit. Constant throwing up and p**ping but sorry for the tmi, every time I p**ped it was like it got watered down more and more every time I had to go. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
