I think it was a prepackaged salad. Chicken Ceasar salad. I just ate the salad around 3pm after coming home from the store, then started feeling ill that evening. By the middle of the night, I had vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, chills, headache. I couldn't keep anything down. I was done in about 5 days.
