Daughter are frozen pizza last night around 10pm. She came in my room about 330am telling me She threw up and her stomach hurt really bad. She complained of headache before school next morning, but went to school. Nurse called from school around 12pm reporting daughter vomiting, headache, fever, and stomach pains. My daughter is still laying in bed trying to get over this food poisoning after eating frozen pizza from Wal-Mart in swainsboro,ga. If she is still feeling like this tomorrow, will have to make a doctor's visit if not the hospital tonight. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
