Walmart Supercenter, South Seward Meridian Parkway, Wasilla, Alaska, USA

1350 South Seward Meridian Parkway, Wasilla, 99654 Alaska, United States

Approximetely between 1:00PM and 1:30PM in the afternoon on Saturday March 24, 2018 i had purchased a lb. of orange chicken from Walmart Supercenter here in Wasilla, Alaska. I was eating lunch on my break that day and purchased this item alone at the store. After a couple of hours I started to notice some nausea and discomfort. Later on the day I went to the gym and came back home around 8:30PM and began to vomit as I entered my home. The vomiting continued for several more minutes with severe nausea as well. The chicken along with a salad and cherry tomatoes where the only items I had eaten from morning until the afternoon and the evening. I am certain that what caused the sudden nausea and vomiting was a result of the orange chicken I had purchased at walmart. I am beyond concerned and appauled that items, especially food items, are being sold without being thouroughly inspected and as a result, i caught food poisoning. | Symptoms: Vomiting
