Recalled Salad Causes Illness - Walmart, Clearfield Pennsylvania

10 days ago I developed severe diarrhea.  All of the stool tests are negative.  I had eaten the dole salad that was recalled in the last two weeks.  I still can’t keep food in my body and no one is helping me., Not sure, but the salad seems most likely Just me.  I started belly discomfort and diarrhea.  I have been tested for c diff, ecoli all negative.  It has been 10 days of this and I am very sick.  They won’t let me come in dr office and I won’t go to the er | Symptoms: Diarrhea
