The deli is serving non consumption safe meats that exceed 41° for multiple hours at a time in the case. I know from inside sources that majority of the workers at this Walmart's deli are NOT good safety certified. I also know they don't take proper temperature checks, or clean the slicers every four hours as per regulations.
