So Monday I ate the strawberry triple zero oikos yogurt single cup and was just fine. Wednesday and Thursday (today), I ate the same brand but the mixed berry (4 pack) date is best buy Nov 9th, 2024 (today is Oct 10, 2024). Within 30min-1hour, both days, I have several stomach pain and feel like I'm gonna vomit. Wednesday it went away within 4 hours. Today I hope the same, it's only been about 1h 20min since I ate it. Still feel the pain but so far not as bad as yesterday. Also, I have never been lactose intolerant and I'm only 28 1/2 years old. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
