I had a meatball sandwich it made me very sick. Still feeling sick now. Been back and forth to the bathroom for two days  Me and my girlfriend. She got sick the same night soon after she ate her sandwich. She didn’t even eat all of it cause it made her stomach upset. I woke up a couple hours later felt like I was getting stabbed in my stomach  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
