Additional information: Instantly after eating my stomach had a pressure like pain. Overnight it was just uncomfortable to sleep, woke up to explosive watery diarrhea. Im nauseous, I tried to eat something to calm my stomach now my appetite gone and the stomach cramping and pressure is worse and sharper. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
