On Thursday, May 2, 2024 I ate a beef and black bean quesadilla which I purchased at Wawa. Within 2 hours of eating it I experienced vomiting, watery diarrhea terrible stomach pain and burning. Hours later, it still hasn’t stopped-I’m very very sick. This is the only thing I ate today so I know it’s the culprit. Something smelled slightly off about it but I thought it was my imagination. This is the second time in a year this has happened to me after eating at this location. The food isn’t fresh or handled well. I’ll never ever eat here again and I advise anyone to stay far away from this location. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
