I ate a Wawa sandwich from the warmers by the counter and 20 minutes after, had diarrhea then severe stomach pain. One of the worst pains I’ve had, I threw up 4 times was in pain for hours it was awful. I went to the emergency room due to the pain being so bad and not going away and stayed for hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
