5/19 Bought pizza slices at Wegman’s pizza bar. Attendant reheated them. Within 3 hours I was in ER at Inova Fairfax, admitted for severe vomiting, chills, fever, no energy. My son developed same symptoms about 12 hours later, although not as severe and didn’t require hospitalization.We both at same thing. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
