Sharp Plastic in Romaine - Plastic in Food, Amherst New York

I swallowed some sharp plastic particles that was in ocean mist romaine hearts .I was able to remove some but some got stuck in my throat.Very sharp plastic and I washed lettuce before eating.Must be in the leaves. Ocean mist farms Romaine hearts had sharp plastic particles in it .I washed it but didn’t notice until I eat it and swallow some lettuce leaves I felt something sharp and hard in my mouth and removed it then there was more sharp plastic particles in it.I ate few leaves before I noticed it.I have some discomfort down my esophagus now and something foreign in the back of my throat.These particles very sharp and may cut and perforate my esophagus I m afraid..
