Additional information: This Wendy's NEVER gives a receipt! My 15 year old grandson ate a Son of Baconator & french fries on 2-26-25 at approximately 8:00 pm. It was the only food he ate that day as he had slept in until 3:00 pm. At 1:00 am he started feeling nauseated & started violently vomiting alot, experienced severe stomach pain, severe headache & diarrhea. At first I thought flu but it was way too severe. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache

My sister ate baconator fries 2/28/25 around 11am and by 5:30pm she started vomiting and having diarrhea. She ate a Wendy’s in Missouri though.
