Additional information: This Wendy's NEVER gives a receipt! My 15 year old grandson ate a Son of Baconator & french fries on 2-26-25 at approximately 8:00 pm. It was the only food he ate that day as he had slept in until 3:00 pm. At 1:00 am he started feeling nauseated & started violently vomiting alot, experienced severe stomach pain, severe headache & diarrhea.
