I ate a Wendys apple pecan salad on Monday 29th October it was the only thing I ate that day a few hours later I became violently ill with abdominal pain and severe diarrhea. I collapsed at my home 911 had to respond my blood pressure was 64 over 40 I was rushed to the hospital where my symptoms worsened I experienced constant bloody diarrhea and my white blood cell count increased I was admitted to the hospital testing was done on stool samples and blood and urine the results were severe food poisoning I had to stay in the hospital for three days unable to eat and drink and on iv fluids. I have no doubt the salad I ate caused this poisoning I believe if an elderly person or a child had eaten it they may have died I suffered 13 hours of excruciating pain I dont know what was in that salad but Im lucky to be alive. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
