I went to Wendy's and had a spicy chicken Caesar salad.. I later had violent diarrhea. I rarely eat out nor do I have gastrointestinal issues like that. Never again will I eat there. It was wendys in Brookhaven, MS. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas
