Spicy Salad Causes Illness - Wendy's,

About an hour after eating a Spicy Chicken Cesar Salad, I started to feel very nauseous. My stomach started cramping up and I became very gassy. Next came the diarrhea, then I started to run a fever... Tried to lay down but my stomach caused me to stay in the bathroom most of the night. Felt like I needed to vomit often, but thankfully didn't end up puking at all. I felt very weak and fatigued afterwards and had trouble falling asleep due to the still sensitive stomach. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas, Weakness, Fatigue, Cramps
