Wendy's Chicken & Pecan Salad purchased April 15, 2013. Was in ER in Boulder City, NV for dehydration associated with food poisoning. The bathrooms should have been an indicator. They were DISGUSTING. I should have known better but instead ate the food and wound up with food poisoning and received anti-nausea injections from the dr. to curb the vomiting. My friend was ill 24-hours later but we ate different menu items and are unable to confirm if hers was food poisoning too (she did not see a dr, but I did.) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
