Spicy Chicken Sandwich Illness - Wendy's,

At 1330 hrs i had went to wendy's dor lunch and purchased 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a lg vanillia frosty. At 1930hrs i went to my next job i started feeling nauseous and dizzy at 2238hrs i was puking just a little bit. Left early not long after that. At 2257 i arrived home too 3 steps and puked uncontrollably for 2 min. In seconds i felt chills and fevers fell asleep and woke up at 0211hrs. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Chills
