Fast Food Meal Illness - Wendy's,

I had a 4 for $4 yesterday night around 7-8pm, later that night I could not sleep due to the excruciating stomach pains I had. This morning, (day after eating it), I have felt extremely bloated and experiencing nausea and more stomach pains. I haven't been able to eat all day, and now at about 24 hours after eating Wendy's, I have the worst case of diarrhea. Last time I will eat from them. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Nausea
