Wendy's
My family picked up Wendy's on our way home from the zoo. I went to bed feeling fine. The next morning at around five I was feeling nauseas and I felt really weak. I threw up about 16 times and I had awful diarrhea. That was about twelve hours ago. Now I'm a feeling a bit better but my stomach is still getting shooting pains, I still have a fever, and I was having hallucinations. I'm never buying Wendy's chicken nuggets again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain
