I ate Wendy's last night and was perfectly fine til I woke up pooping myself and had a fever. Later on in the day I was nauseous and throw up everywhere ! I can't even stand without feeling very weak! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
