I had a burger from one Wendy's location around my area and 4 hours later i woke up vomiting 103 fever weak discoloration, i was feeling cold from head to toe i was in the hospital for 2 days with anti nausea and fluids i hate Wendy's now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness
