Wendy's
Ordered the BLT Cobb salad and iced tea around 12:30PM yesterday. By 6PM I had diarrhea and vomiting, along with muscle aches, abdominal pain, and fever. 10AM the next morning and I feel weak, aching, I have chills, but I'm starting to have hunger pangs again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills, Stomach Pain, Muscle Pain
