Wendy's
Port Washington Ohio. Me my wife and son all had chicken. Spicy chicken sandwich for my self and son and my wife had spicy chicken nuggets. Within 5 hrs my son is vomiting and diarrhea and bad cramps. The next morning about 8 hours from my son getting sick my wife and I get severe diarrhea and cramps. My son's friend got a baconator and is perfectly fine. Please note this was on the way back from myrtle beach and the boys sat next to each other for 10 hrs. Hmm what is common denominator here? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
