Caesar Salad Illness: Nausea - Wendy's,

Got severly sick within two hours of eating the Seasoned Chicken Ceaser Salad. Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Chills. It is almost 24 hours later and I'm still working through the nausea and diarrhea. I hope this comes to an end soon! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
