Caramel Apple Parfait Illness - Wendy's,

I had the Caramel Apple Frosty Parfait and 2 Spicy Chicken Nuggets. The person I shared the chicken with didn't get sick so I have to assume it was the frosty. Within 10 minutes of eating I started having severe stomach cramps which I balled up and endured for about 3 hours. Then the vomiting started, reminding me why I am not bulimic. It has been roughly 3 hours since the vomiting started and I am still dry heaving. Somewhere during the stomach cramps a fever and bad chills kicked up.
