Wendy's
Ate a 1/4 lb. burger around 2pm and at 4am I woke up with gut wrenching cramps and diarrhea. Went to bed after being sick. In the morning I was sick some more. I happened to burp after drinking water and could taste my burger. GROSS. my stomach is still cramping over 24 hours later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Burping
